Meet Danielle
Danielle Pace, PsyD
Licensed Clinical Psychologist
Danielle Pace, PsyD, is a licensed clinical psychologist with advanced training at McLean Hospital, a Harvard Medical School affiliate, in dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and mentalization-based therapy (MBT). She works with adolescents, adults, and families navigating anxiety, perfectionism, emotion regulation difficulties, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, and recurring patterns that can feel difficult to change.
Danielle's approach integrates evidence-based behavioral strategies with relational and insight-oriented psychotherapy. Drawing from DBT, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), MBT, and psychodynamic approaches, she helps clients better understand the emotions, experiences, and interpersonal dynamics underlying their difficulties while developing practical strategies for meaningful change.
Her therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and direct. She believes that therapy involves more than gaining insight; it also means learning to respond differently to challenging emotions, situations, and relationships. Danielle strives to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel understood while also being encouraged to examine familiar patterns, develop new skills, and make meaningful changes.
Danielle is licensed in Massachusetts and Rhode Island and participates in PSYPACT.
