About Me
Hi! I’m Dr. Danielle Pace, I’m so glad you’re here.
I am a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in helping adolescents, adults and families navigate emotional challenges and build meaningful lives. With a deep passion for guiding individuals to understand their patterns, develop new skills, and foster personal growth, I take a compassionate, evidence-based approach to therapy. I draw from a variety of therapeutic techniques, including dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mentalization-based therapy (MBT), and psychodynamic therapy to empower my clients to make lasting change.
Currently practicing at McLean Hospital, a Harvard Medical School affiliate, I am dedicated to creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel understood, challenged, and empowered to navigate life’s difficulties more effectively. My goal is to help individuals build resilience, strengthen relationships, and create a life that feels more balanced, meaningful, and fulfilling.
I am licensed in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island and a member of PsyPACT.
At the core of my work is the belief that real change is possible, even when life feels overwhelming, chaotic, or stuck. As a DBT-informed psychologist, I specialize in helping individuals and families navigate intense emotions, rebuild trust in themselves, and create lives they genuinely want to live.
Whether you’re navigating a major life transition, struggling with persistent anxiety, or feeling stuck in painful emotional and relationship patterns, I offer a structured yet deeply compassionate space for change. My approach blends warmth, nonjudgmental presence, and strong clinical expertise to help clients better understand themselves while building practical tools for lasting growth.
As a DBT therapist, I view therapy not simply as a place to talk, but as an opportunity to learn new ways of responding to intense emotions, relationship difficulties, self-destructive behaviors, and chronic feelings of emptiness or disconnection. Together, we work toward creating a life that feels more stable, meaningful, and worth living.
